ALL 2015 Tax Receipts Have been Mailed Out!

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the Online Tax Receipts.  As a result we have printed and mailed out all 2015 Tax Receipts

Tax Receipts for 2016 are now available. Please log on to your member account to print.

  1. Member Login (you will require your username and password)

  2. There are now 2 pages to the Tax Receipt (Page 1 is the Receipt and Page 2 are the Details of what is included - Revenue Canada will require both if you are audited)

  3. Our tax receipts include both self-payments as well as dues that were received on your behalf from all contractors during 2015.

  4. Initiation Fees and Fines are not included as per Revenue Canada regulations. 

  5. Payments received or processed after Dec 31, 2015 will appear on next year's tax receipt.

  6. If you DO NOT HAVE A PRINTER please save the PDF file on your desktop and email it to your accountant (eg. H&R Block) - You do not have to print it!

  7. NOTE:  Please do not include the dues amount in Box 44 on the T4 slip from your employer on your tax return - This amount has already been included on the tax receipt you receive from the Union.

  8. Anyone without an email address on file will be mailed their tax receipt to their home address on file.
